AFFIRMATION OF FAITH
I believe in God the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Lord; He was conceived
by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius
Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead, On
the third day He arose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the
right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, The universal Church, The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins, The resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen.
THE STEWARDSHIP CREED
We the members of Saint James recognize that everything belongs to God. We are
trusted stewards, not owners. We have been created by God and bought with
a price, purchased by Jesus Christ our Lord. Therefore we recognize we cannot
give a tithe but we pay our tithe, subsequently give our offerings, pledges, and
gifts. To tithe is a decision of the heart, not the head. I give today, myself,
my influence, and my money based upon the conviction that all I am, all I possess,
all I am to become is a trust from God to be used in Kingdom Service for
humankind to the Glory of God in Jesus name.

Dear Sisters and Brothers of the Faith
We are truly blessed to see another year. God has been very good to all of us. Just by the mere fact that we can read this message is a blessing. We owe God our life and our service. Let’s work together to achieve the goals that God has put before us.
Our Mission is Biblically Based. Our Vision is to be a Christ Centered Impactful Church
Exalt Jesus Christ
Expand the Church
Empower the Members
Exalt Jesus Christ in our worship and our lifestyle.
Expand the Church by inviting people to church and outreach through our feeding ministry
Empower the Members by teaching the Word of God, and life skills training.
The foundation for achieving our mission is by:
- Increasing Our Bible Study Attendance
- Increasing Our Bible Discovery Hour Attendance
- Increasing Church Attendance
- Becoming a 100% Tithing Church
Plan of Action To Achieve God’s Goals
We must be equipped to complete the Goals Before Us. We equip ourselves by intentionally Reading, Studying, Praying and Practicing the Word of God
First – We Grow By Learning The Word of God through Bible Study, Worship on Sunday, and the Ministry Meetings. Learning the Word of God Will Help Us Love Him More. Loving Him More Will Make Us More Righteous. Luke 10:27 This is adhering to the First Commandment – Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind.
WE Attend Church, Bible Discovery Hour, and Bible Study.
Second – When we truly Love God, We love those around us. Love is an Action Word. We are blessed to be a blessings to other. We practice God’s love by intentionally helping the poor and needy. Matthew 25:41-46 41“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ 44“They also will answer, ‘LORD, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45“He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46“Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
WE Volunteer to work on the Feeding and Food Outreach Ministry.
Third – We Commit to the Calling on Our Lives to Do God’s Work. We Are Called to Kingdom Building. I Thessalonian 5:17 Pray Without Ceasing

WE Pray continuously, corporately, and individually for our Church, for salvation for the lost and for us to all live in our Calling.
